Prompted by the pandemic societal shutdowns, our family headed on multiple camping trips up the central coast of California. While most slept in warm sleeping bags, Todd woke before dawn to be in the water when the sun rose and golden light began reflecting off of the cliffs. Accompanied by a stiff offshore wind, the conditions were all time. A combination of wind racing up the face of the wave and reflections of the fractured colors of the sun drenched cliffs, Water Tiles captures a moment of morning warmth and wonder. Taken in Santa Barbara county.
Each Westphoria piece is made to order and printed on 9.5 Mil, 250 gsm premium-quality semi-glossy / luster photo paper with a resin coating that makes it feel thicker, heavier, and more durable than mass-marketed photo papers. The coating helps eliminate glare and visibility of fingerprints, so the ink colors come through vividly with no interference from smudges or smears.
Prints use a giclee printing process on color-calibrated Canon printers using aqueous pigment inks that resist fading for 100+ years.
Our premium solid wood frames come with optical-grade clear acrylic glass. Our mats are made from 4-ply white matboards with an attractive bevel at 45 degrees. The back of the frame includes a kraft paper dust cover. Hanging hardware included.
Everything is made and assembled in the US. Framed prints come fully assembled and ready to display on your wall.

Returns
Each Westphoria piece is custom printed and framed to order. We do not accept returns. However, if your piece is damaged during the shipping process or arrives with any imperfections, please contact us within 2 weeks of receiving your order and include images of the damage and box your order arrived in.

Our images are printed using professional Canon printers with a Giclee process on premium semi glossy / luster photo paper. We use solid wood frames with optical-grade clear acrylic. The matboard is a 4-ply white mat with an attractive bevel at 45 degrees. The backing is kraft paper dust cover with hanging hardware included.
